GASTONIA, NC – Carolina Speedway is proud to announce a new partnership with Carolinas First Defense. They have signed to be the title sponsor for the Inaugural King of the Carolinas event October 24-27, 2013. The event will be known as the King of the Carolinas presented by Carolinas First Defense.

Carolinas First Defense is family-owned and operated by Jesse & Jennifer Saucier. CFD is dedicated to teaching the correct way of protecting yourself and your family in defensive situations.

They King of the Carolinas presented by Carolinas First Defense is a four-day marathon event that will be one of the largest races ever promoted in the Southeast. Over $73,000 in purse money will be paid out to the eight divisions competing on the track that weekend.
